An in-depth analysis to help uncover the root causes of your sleep disturbances. This will be performed in the comfort of your own home to reflect a normal night’s sleep. This advanced testing includes comprehensive monitoring of:
ECG: Track your heart's activity for any irregularities
Upper Airway Flow: Detect obstructive sleep apnoea, central sleep anoea, snoring, upper airway resistance and bruxism
Oxygen Levels: Ensure optimal oxygenation during sleep
Pulse Rate: Monitor your heart rate throughout the night
Body Position: Analyse how your sleeping position affects your rest
Audio Recording: Capture sounds to identify potential snoring
Respiratory Effort: Assess how well you breathe while sleeping
