Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i) is designed to help you reclaim a restful sleep and improve your overall well-being.

In just 4 to 6 weeks, you'll learn effective strategies tailored to your unique needs, including techniques for managing racing thoughts, establishing healthier sleep habits, and overcoming the negative thoughts that often accompany insomnia.

Sleep Study

An in-depth analysis to help uncover the root causes of your sleep disturbances. Performed in the comfort of your own home to reflect a normal nights sleep. This advanced testing includes comprehensive monitoring of:

  • ECG: Track your heart's activity for any irregularities

  • Upper Airway Flow: Detect obstructive sleep apnoea, central sleep anoea, snoring and upper airway resistance

  • Oxygen Levels: Ensure optimal oxygenation during sleep
